Electronic Records and Signatures Notice
Version of October 20, 2026
On Celebramos, vendors and hosts can sign quotes and contracts by typing their name. Before you sign, we ask you to agree to use electronic records and signatures. This notice explains what that means. Please also read our Terms of Service.
What it covers
Quotes, contracts, invoices, receipts and notices about them that you and the other side send each other through Celebramos. Your consent applies to each document you sign. Each time you sign, you agree again.
Your signature
By typing your name and ticking the box, you agree that your typed name is your legal signature, with the same effect as signing on paper. We record your name, the account you were signed in to, the date and time, your IP address, your browser, and a fingerprint (SHA-256) of the exact document you signed.
Paper copies
- You can download and print anything you sign at any time, from the conversation on Celebramos.
- When both sides have signed, we email a PDF copy to each of you.
- If you'd like a paper copy, ask the other side or email us at support@celebramos.app. Celebramos doesn't charge for copies.
Withdrawing your consent
You can stop using electronic signatures at any time: just don't sign on Celebramos and let the other side know, or email us at support@celebramos.app. If you withdraw, you and the other side will need to sign on paper, outside Celebramos. Withdrawing doesn't change documents you've already signed.
What you need
- A current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, on a computer, tablet or phone.
- A way to open PDF files (most browsers have one built in).
- A working email address, and a way to save or print files.
By ticking the box you confirm that you can open and read the document you're signing. If you can't, don't sign, and email us.
Keeping your email up to date
We send notices and signed copies to your account email, which you can change under Account.
