Terms of Service
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Celebramos about your use of celebramos.app (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us right away at support@celebramos.app if you think someone else has used your account.
Using Celebramos
Hosts can use Celebramos for free to plan events. You agree not to:
- break the law, or use the service to harass, spam, scam or harm anyone;
- add people's information without a good reason to contact them about your event;
- upload anything you don't have the right to share, or that is hateful, violent or sexually explicit;
- try to get into other people's accounts or data, or disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
- use bots or scrapers to collect data from the service.
Your content
You own what you add to Celebramos: your events, lists and notes. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you, your co-hosts and your guests. You're responsible for the content you add and for having permission to share other people's contact details with us.
Vendors and other people
Celebramos may list or connect you with venues, caterers, entertainers and other vendors. Unless we say otherwise in writing, vendors are independent businesses, and any agreement you make with them is between you and that vendor. We aren't responsible for their services, prices or conduct.
Changes and availability
We're always improving Celebramos, so features may change. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@celebramos.app.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Keep your own copy of anything critical, such as vendor contracts and payment records.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celebramos won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.
Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of content you added or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll update the date at the top and let you know by email or in the app. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
